The Proper Way to Walk

It is a well-recognised fact that in order to achieve a general good health a person has to follow three important steps:

  1. Healthy standard of living.
  2. Healthy diet.
  3. Daily exercises.

(To monitor the progress, is advisable to approach the exercises using a programme by counting their number or the time spent doing them).

Here is where the walking exercise really assumes a special importance.
